The Board shall collect the following fees through a bank or postal money order, or a certified check drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury:
Occupational Therapists :
For revalidation examination $ 25.00 For license $ 30.00 For reexamination $ 20.00 For reciprocity license $ 50.00 For duplicate of lost or misplaced license $ 25.00 For recertification and registration $ 30.00 For provisional license $ 50.00 Assistant in Occupational Therapy : For revalidation examination $ 15.00 For license $ 25.00 For reexamination $ 15.00 For reciprocity license $ 40.00 For duplicate of lost or misplaced license $ 25.00 For recertification and registration $ 25.00 For provisional license $ 20.00
The fees collected by the Board cannot be returned under any circumstances. The amounts thus collected shall be covered into the Health Fund, for the exclusive use of the Health Professionals’ Regulations and Certification Office of the Department of Health, as provided by § 3009 of Title 24.
