§ 121. Certificate of membership

When a member of the dental profession duly authorized to practice the profession pays his first annual quota, there shall be issued to him, in addition to the receipt, a certificate on which it is set forth that said member of the college has fulfilled all the requirements of law and the regulations and is authorized to practice the profession during the year, in conformity with, and under the conditions that the bylaws of the college may establish. For the second and succeeding years, provision shall be made in the bylaws for the issuance of a card of renewal of the certificate entitling him to practice the profession as a member of the college; Provided, That it shall be an obligatory requirement for the member of the college to expose the said certificate to public view in his office.
