The Board of Embalmers of Puerto Rico shall keep a registry of embalmers in which there shall be registered the embalmers authorized to practice as such in Puerto Rico under the laws and regulations in force on the approval of this act and the embalmers whom the Board has granted a license to practice as such. It shall be the duty of every embalmer with a license granted under the law or regulation in force on the effectiveness of this act to present his license to the Board of Embalmers herein created for evidence before the Board and for its registration in the registry of embalmers established by the Board. The presentation of said licenses before the Board shall be made within a term of three (3) months of the approval of this act and every license which has not been presented to the Board within said term shall be considered cancelled and null.
