The professionals entitled to practice the profession of social work in Puerto Rico are hereby constituted into a juridical entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of “College of Social Work Professionals of Puerto Rico”, hereinafter, the “College”, insofar as the majority so resolve in a referendum that shall be held for such purposes as hereinafter provided. Said college shall have its domicile in such place as the first assembly prescribed under § 21 herein may determine.
