The following terms shall have the meanings indicated in §§ 73—73o of this title:
(a) Association. — Puerto Rico Surgeons Association.
(b) Surgeon. — A person who holds a regular license issued by the Board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine in Puerto Rico, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 22 of April 22, 1931.
(c) Board of Examiners. — Board of Medical Examiners of Puerto Rico, created by Act No. 22 of April 22, 1931.
