§ 801. College of Certified Public Accountants—Failure to pay dues, suspension, reinstatement

§ 801. College of Certified Public Accountants—Failure to pay dues, suspension, reinstatement

Any member who fails to pay his dues may be suspended as such and the Board of Accountancy shall be notified so that it complies with the requisites of § 795 of this title, but said member may be reinstated through payment of the dues owed. Provided, That the College may not suspend a member without authorization of the Board of Accountancy in accordance with the hearing proceeding administered by it.
