§ 631. Meetings; quorum

The Board shall hold a meeting within the first five (5) days after its members have been appointed, and thereafter it shall hold a meeting each time that it is required in §§ 24 and 25 of this Act or every three (3) months if there are applications for licenses to be considered. The Board shall elect annually from among its members a chairman. Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for transacting all matters within its competency.
