The members of the Barbers Examining Board, created by Act No. 146, of July 21, 1960, as amended, shall become members of the Board hereby created until the expiration of the term for which they were appointed. All properties, documents, archives and all the matters under the consideration of the Barbers Examining Board under the provisions of the said act hereby repealed shall be transferred to the Board herein created. The licenses and apprenticeship permits in effect, issued by virtue of Act No. 146, of July 21, 1960, shall be recognized by the Board hereby created, and shall be valid until their expiration term.
