The Board shall hold a session within the first thirty (30) days after its members have been appointed and take office. It shall hold at least six (6) regular sessions a year to resolve its official business and conduct examinations. It may also hold those special sessions it deems convenient for the speedy transaction of its business. Three (3) members of the Board shall constitute quorum to hold any session and deal with matters of its competence.
