The College of Pharmacists of Puerto Rico shall have the following obligations:
(1) To cooperate in the improvement of the practice of pharmacy, watching out at all times for the health of the people;
(2) to furnish the reports and consultations that the Government may claim from it;
(3) to defend the rights and immunities of pharmacists, and
(4) to maintain healthful and strict professional ethics among its members.
