§ 431. Creation

Provided that the majority of them so decide in a referendum that shall be held for the purpose as hereinafter provided, the professionals entitled to practice the profession of pharmacy in Puerto Rico are hereby constituted in an artificial entity or quasipublic corporation under the name of “College of Pharmacists of Puerto Rico”, with domicile in the place that the first assembly shall determine.
