§ 351. Penalties

Every person who, without being duly authorized to practice the profession of physicians’ aide as provided by §§ 341—353 of this title, or who, during the suspension of his license, practices as a person legally qualified therefor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, he shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or shall be imprisoned for not less than two (2) months, or shall suffer both penalties.
