§ 6033. Administrative sanctions

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by the imposition of an administrative fine of up to a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per infraction, as provided by §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, by the Department of Consumer Affairs. The amounts of money collected on account of said fines shall be covered into the funds of the Department of Consumer Affairs.
