For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated below:
(a) Examining Board. — Means the Professional Planners Examining Board of Puerto Rico.
(b) College. — Means the Puerto Rico Professional Planner College.
(c) Commonwealth. — Means the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
(d) Professional planner. — Means a person holding a valid license issued by the Professional Planners Examining Board to engage in the practice of Professional Planning, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 3501—3515 of this title.
