§ 3503. Meetings; quorum

The Board shall hold its first meeting within thirty (30) days after the date that its members are appointed and take office. At said meeting, the members shall elect a Chairperson among themselves, who shall hold office for the term and under the conditions established in the Board’s regulations.

The Board may hold as many meetings as they deem necessary, upon due notice of the Chairperson to the members of the Board. Three (3) members of the Board shall constitute quorum to hold any session and to discuss any matters within their competence. The Chairperson of the Board shall call the regular meetings, and shall be bound to call special meetings by request of three (3) members. The agreements of the Board of Examiners shall be approved by the majority vote of the members present, which shall never be less than three (3) members.
