The Board may establish reciprocity relations with the corresponding body of any state of the United States that has minimum requirements similar or equivalent to those of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in order to issue a license, without an examination, to those EMT-B and EMT-P who have obtained a license through an examination [passed] before said body. The aspirant shall pay the fees established in § 3459 of this title, and shall also meet the requirements established in § 3457 of this title.
