§ 3404. Board of Examiners—Terms

The initial appointments of the Board members shall be made in the following manner: two (2) for a term of two (2) years, three (3) for a term of three (3) years. Subsequent appointments shall be made for a term of four (4) years. The members of the Board shall hold office until their successors are appointed and take office.

The vacancies that may occur in the Board shall be filled in the same manner that the original appointments are made. The term of the member who fills a vacancy shall be extended for the remainder of the term of his predecessor.

No person may be a member of the Board for more than two (2) consecutive terms.
