§ 8135. Conflicts

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and those of any other law or regulation, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail with respect to all the issues addressed therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, none of the provisions of this Act shall impair the powers conferred to the Authority under § 196(l) of Title 22, and the powers conferred to the Authority under such subsection shall apply to any cost associated with the purchase of sustainable renewable energy and alternative renewable energy, the purchase of RECs (including its environmental and social attributes) related to such energy, and including any other costs associated with the compliance of this chapter.
