The Joint Cooperative Agreement Committee shall strike agreements with the U.S. Geological Survey. This contract shall be known as the main contract, in which the total amount of the contract, and the percentage corresponding to each of the members of the Joint Cooperative Agreement Committee shall be specified.
Each individual contribution made by each member of the Agreement shall be deposited in the special fund, and shall be used and disbursed pursuant to the dispositions set forth in § 1120b of this title and § 8 of this Act.
The main contract shall be signed by the President and the Treasurer of the Cooperative Agreement Committee after being recommended by the subcommittee, and finally approved by the Cooperative Agreement Committee.
Those services to be rendered by the U.S. Geological Survey shall be set forth specifically in the main contract.
