§ 148h. Reports of the evaluating committees

The evaluating committees shall render written reports on their findings within thirty (30) days following the date they have concluded their evaluations. The reports shall be filed at the Office of the Council, which shall remit copies thereof to the institutions concerned. The latter may submit reaction reports on the findings of the evaluation committees within a term not greater than thirty (30) days. Once said term has concluded, the evaluation committees shall submit their final reports to the Council within the following twenty (20) days, for the action it deems pertinent.

The evaluation measures taken by the evaluating committees may consist of visits to the schools concerned, visits in which the officials thereof are summoned, the examination of documents without hearings or visits, or a combination of any of these three procedures.

The thirty (30) days the evaluating committees shall have to render their report with findings shall be counted from the date on which it is certified that the institution under evaluation has filed all the documents required by the Council and established in §§ 148—148m of this title.
