The properties and records of the bodies created by Act No. 111 of June 30, 2000, shall be transferred to the General Services Administration for their custody and disposal. The General Services Administrator shall liquidate the accounts contracted during the effectiveness of Act No. 111, with the funds that were appropriated to defray the operating expenses of the Central Bidding Reconsideration Board. If there were a remainder after the liquidation of the accounts, it shall be used to defray the costs of the study ordered in § 8157 of this title.
