The opportunity given to eligible employees to opt to avail themselves of the Voluntary Early Retirement Program shall not be conditioned to their waiver of any present or pending adjudication judicial or administrative claim against the Administration. This shall be a standard benefit for every employee who avails him/herself of this Program.
