§ 2063. Penalties

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations adopted by virtue thereof shall incur a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sanctioned by imprisonment for a term of not more than six (6) months or by a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500) or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
