The Office shall [be] administered and supervised by an Executive Director, secretarial, clerical and professional personnel to be appointed by the Board. The Board may contract the services of experts/specialists/advisors that it deems pertinent to comply with the tasks imposed by the Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention Act, §§ 601 et seq. of Title 8 [and in this chapter].
The Executive Director shall serve at the will of the Board and shall perform the duties and powers conferred to him/her by the regulations of the Board.
