§ 138d. Powers of investigating personnel

The investigating personnel of the Bureau shall have the following faculties in performing the functions that are assigned to said Bureau by §§ 138—138r of this title:

(1) To accuse.

(2) To arrest.

(3) To serve court orders.

(4) To possess and bear arms.

(5) To take oaths of potential witnesses in cases under investigation by the Bureau.
