§ 1609. Office of Youth Affairs—Agreements and contracts, authorization to enter

The Office is authorized to enter into covenants, agreements and contracts with government agencies or private entities or employers so as to achieve the purposes of this chapter. Provided That, it may transfer funds to other bodies to carry out projects and activities for the benefit of our youth.
