§ 1451u. Prohibitions—Represent employees in charge of public protection and safety

Employees of the Civil Defense, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the civilian employees of the Police shall not have union organizations with affiliates in the private sector of the economy as exclusive representatives.
