§ 52. Duty to preserve records

The Secretary shall record and preserve:

(a) Minutes of the proceedings of the Council of Secretaries.

(b) The acts and resolutions passed by the Legislative Assembly.

(c) All acts and proceedings of the Governor.

(d) All books, records, deeds, parchments, maps and papers kept on deposit in his office pursuant to law.

(e) The great seal of Puerto Rico.
