§ 1103. Conditional gifts

The acceptance of any conditional gift, in the case of any government entity not having juridical personality or proprietorship, may be done by the chief or principal officer of these government entities after an evaluation and analysis of the donation, and subject to prior written authorization by the Secretary of the Treasury in every case.
