§ 953. Fees for certified documents—Payment by internal revenue stamps

All fees accruing under §§ 952—954 of this title shall be paid by affixing to the document the required amount in internal revenue stamps, which shall be cancelled by writing with ink, the date and the initials of the officer issuing the document.
