The Coordinator may not receive any money, gift, donation or direct or indirect benefit for his efforts before any public or private entity in benefit of the officials or employees participating in the Retirement System or of any employee or official of his or her agency or other public body. Any violation of this provision shall entail the pertinent criminal and administrative sanctions, according to the act committed and the applicable laws.
