To carry out the purposes of §§ 820-822 of this title up to June 30, 1957, the Secretary of the Treasury shall place at the disposal of the Director of Central Personnel Administration Office, as an initial appropriation, the sum of twenty-four thousand five hundred and eighty (24,580) dollars. To cover costs in succeeding years the sum determined by the Director of Central Personnel Administration Office shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
The benefits accruing to beneficiaries of public servants rendering services in the Puerto Rico Ports Authority, the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company, the Industries for the Blind Corporation, the Land Authority, the Government Development Bank, the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, the Puerto Rico Housing Authority, the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, the Puerto Rico Cooperatives Bank, the Puerto Rico Communications Authority, the University of Puerto Rico, the Isabela Irrigation Service until its integration with the Electric Power Authority, the State Insurance Fund, the Prison Industries Corporation, or in any other agency hereafter created and operating with its own funds, shall be paid from the funds of the pertinent agency, upon request of the Director of Central Personnel Administration Office.
