§ 714g. Penalties

Any natural or juridical person who intentionally violates or otherwise denies or hinders the enjoyment of any of the benefits granted by this chapter in favor of a citizen who is a member of the Uniformed Services, or a civilian employee of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the National Disaster Medical System, or the State Guard and his/her family, shall incur a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine that shall not be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000). Any subsequent violation shall be punished by a penalty which shall not exceed six (6) months of imprisonment. The decision of the court shall further provide that the benefits denied be granted to the service member or his/her family without delay.
