§ 575. Advocacy of overthrow of government

It is hereby declared incompatible to be an official by appointment or an employee in any form of the Government of Puerto Rico or of any department, agency, public corporation or other instrumentality or dependency of the Government of Puerto Rico, whether his compensation is paid from municipal, Commonwealth or federal funds, and advocate the overthrow by force or violence of the Government of Puerto Rico or of the United States, or be a member of any society, group, assembly or organization advocating such overthrow by force or violence.
