§ 490. Abandonment of service by Government officials or employees—Request for certification of savings

At any time during the state of emergency, or after the same is declared terminated by the Council of Secretaries, the Governor of Puerto Rico shall request of the head of the department, dependency, or agency affected, a certification of the savings effected.
