§ 366. Fertilizer, Cattle-feed, Insecticide and Fungicide Inspection Service (anticryptogamic substances)

The Fertilizer, Cattle-Feed, Insecticide and Fungicide Inspection Service (anticryptogamic substances) shall inspect all fertilizers, raw materials for fertilizers, soil amendments, insecticides, fungicides (anticryptogamic substances), and cattle-feed, which are brought into, or manufactured, sold, handled, or used in, Puerto Rico; it shall keep a register in which shall be entered all the trademarks in regard to commercial or mixed fertilizers, raw materials for fertilizers, or soil amendments, as well as all concentrated feed for domestic animals, sold or imported for use in Puerto Rico; it shall take official samples of all the above-mentioned products for the purpose of their subsequent analysis in the chemical laboratory which the Department of Agriculture has for those purposes, and it shall perform all such acts and take all such steps as may be necessary to carry out the laws and regulations that may be promulgated for the regulation of the use, sale, handling, manufacture, etc., of fertilizers, soil amendments, cattle-feed and fungicides in Puerto Rico.
