The Division of Property and Accounts shall have charge of the custody and filing of all the property of the department and shall keep a complete and detailed record thereof; it shall keep a statement in regard to the movement of personnel, as well as exact and detailed accounts of the funds of the department and its dependencies, informing the Secretary in regard thereto each month.
