§ 341i-2. Complaints and grievances of consumers—Remedy in case of unjustified delay

In case the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs or the person designated by him delays the matter beyond the term fixed by this chapter, the complainant may resort to the Court of First Instance Part corresponding to the Office where the complaint was filed, and request that forum to issue an order to show cause to justify the delay. The court, at its discretion, shall fix a term for the Department of Consumer Affairs to resolve the matter.
