The following sections shall be organized within the Service of Industrial Supervision:
(a) Supervision of Men’s Work.
(b) Supervision of Women’s Work.
(c) Supervision of Industrial [Home-based work].
The Service of Industrial Supervision shall have charge of:
The supervision of the enforcement of the laws protecting labor.
The inspection of commercial and industrial establishments, agricultural plantations, properties, farms, factories, shops, mills, offices, public-service enterprises, and other establishments or places where any kind of work is done.
The investigation of the living and working conditions of workmen and employees.
