§ 9050. Prohibitions

(a) No member of the Assembly of Delegates or their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity shall hold office in the Association or its Subsidiary Corporations within two (2) years after having separated from said office.

(b) No appointing authority responsible for authorizing the absences of government or municipal employees shall prevent a delegate from attending a duly-called meeting of the Assembly of Delegates, the Executive Committee, or a Committee or Board of Subsidiary Corporation.
