The property registrars of Puerto Rico shall furnish, at no cost and as soon as possible, the Executive Director with any reports and certifications requested by him/her concerning properties owned by the persons whose properties shall secure the loans requested to the Association.
The registration and cancellation in the Property Registry of all kinds of public documents and all other operations of the Property Registry carried out by the Association shall be exempt from the payment of all kinds of fees, in accordance with the provisions of § 1770c of Title 30.
