§ 9007. Governance of the Association

The Assembly of Delegates shall govern all the operational, financial, and administrative matters of the Association, as well as any other matters.

The powers and authorities listed in subsections (c), (e), (f), (h), (q), and (r) of § 9004 of this title shall require the approval of a majority of members of the Assembly of Delegates. All other powers and authorities shall be exercised by the Executive Committee under the supervision and oversight of the Assembly of Delegates, except as otherwise provided by the latter.

In addition to the authorities that the Assembly of Delegates may exercise on behalf of the Association, the former may carry out the following:

(1) Approve rules and bylaws as are necessary for its internal operations and those of its committees and the Association.

(2) Appoint committees or commissions for its internal operations.

(3) Hold regular and special meetings to make decisions. Special meetings shall be called within at least three (3) days before the holding thereof.
