§ 8858. Governor’s Committee on Government Integrity and Efficiency—Creation

The Governor’s Committee on Government Integrity and Efficiency is hereby established, which shall be composed of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, who shall preside it, the President of the Government Development Bank, the Secretary of the Treasury, and two (2) members representing the public interest with experience in auditing, who shall be appointed by the Governor and discharge their duties at the latter’s discretion. The Director of the Office shall also be a member of the Committee with voice, but no vote, in the decisions thereof.

The Committee shall hold at least two (2) regular meetings a year, and any other special meetings as deemed convenient to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Four (4) members shall constitute a quorum and the decisions of the Auditing Committee shall be made by majority vote.
