Upon the termination of the foregoing proceedings, should it appear that all the formalities of law have been complied with and that the identity of the envelope shall have been established, the judge shall open the said envelope and shall read for himself the testamentary dispositions contained therein. The opening shall be suspended if on the same portfolio the testator has directed that it shall not be opened until a certain specified time, in which case the judge shall suspend the opening thereof until the time designated by the testator shall have arrived.
