The petition for recording such will as a public instrument shall be filed together with the note or memorandum, if any was taken, of the oral dispositions of the testator at the time they were made; the names of the witnesses to be examined; the name of the notary, if one was present at the execution of the will and for any reason failed to convert it into a public instrument; and a statement of the legal interest which the petitioner might have therein.
