§ 4722. Pre-security measures report

No security measures shall be imposed without a prior examination and psychiatric or psychological report of the person performed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist designated by the court and a social report performed by a probation officer.

Said reports shall be notified to the parties, excluding information sources that are declared confidential.
