§ 1247. Bolita, bolipool, combinations and lotteries, declared a public nuisance

The games generally known as “ Bolita ”, “ Bolipool ”, clandestine combinations connected with the “pools” or “ bancas ” of the racetracks of Puerto Rico, and clandestine lotteries, are hereby declared a public nuisance in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in the territorial and maritime jurisdiction thereof.
