§ 1022b. Posting; penalty

Every person, firm or corporation owning a business or commercial establishment where alcoholic beverages or cigars, cigarettes, or any other tobacco preparations are sold or delivered shall post, in a conspicuous place within the business or commercial establishment, a copy of this section and former § 1021 and § 1022a, and former § 4246 of this title. Upon conviction for the violation of this provision, any such person, firm, or corporation owning the business or commercial establishment shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for the first offense and five hundred dollars ($500) for subsequent violations.
