All kinds of unnecessary noises produced by the use of horns or caused by the lack of a muffler in motor vehicles or generated by an alarm device, radios, audio systems, amplifiers or loudspeakers in the urban zone, that are driven on the streets for business purposes, as well as any other unnecessary noises produced by means of any apparatus, utensil, or instrument, regardless of its name, nature or denomination, are hereby prohibited.
