The distribution among the partners shall be governed by the rules for inheritances, with regard to its form as well as to the obligations arising therefrom. The partner contributing his services only shall not be given any part of the property contributed, but only its fruits and profits, in accordance with the provisions of § 4351 of this title, unless the contrary has been expressly stipulated.
